4. No Analytics or Marketing Cookies
Swizz.ai does not use cookies or tracking technologies for:

- Social media integration tracking (e.g., Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag)
- A/B testing platforms

5. Legal Basis for Processing

The __cf_bm cookie is set by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as a sub-processor of Syntech Solutions AG. Cloudflare processes data to protect the platform against automated attacks.
Data is transferred to Cloudflare's servers, which may be located in the EU or the USA. Such transfers are covered by Cloudflare's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the Data Processing Addendum between Cloudflare and Syntech Solutions AG.
